"First Line FM", "we", "us" refers to First Line FM Limited, registered in England and Wales. "Client" refers to any organisation using our recruitment or facility management services. "Candidate" refers to any individual registered with us for employment opportunities. "Services" refers to all recruitment, staffing, and facility management services provided by First Line FM.

3. Use of Services

Our services are provided for lawful purposes only. Clients and candidates must provide accurate and truthful information. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts where false information has been provided. All users must be at least 18 years of age or have appropriate parental/guardian consent.

4. Recruitment Services

First Line FM acts as an employment business and/or employment agency as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973. We endeavour to match suitable candidates with appropriate roles but do not guarantee placement. All placements are subject to satisfactory references, right-to-work checks, and any other compliance requirements specified by the client or applicable law.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for client services are as specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are typically payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Candidate pay rates and schedules are as detailed in assignment terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

First Line FM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. You are expected to check this page periodically to take notice of any changes. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
